Owner and Products are good. The team mates are supportive. Poor job security, poor salary growth, unplanned travel is levied by Regional managers, Biased REO, pathetic work life balance. Disturb even on Sunday.

Yea, due to worst hit of Covid19, I have experienced that the poor job security, amazing work culture and a wonderful policies but still company could have retained it's employees with unpaid long leave instead of asking employees to leave.

Dislikes

I don't see anything such, because I was associated with xseed for more than 2 years I haven't come across any hurdles in terms of working.
