Even they have targets for talktime 2.30 hour needed or else slry will be deducted no fixed policy they can do whatever they want it's not organization it's a people who work like dictator only sales needs to be generated with false and fake promises. Ll never recommend anyone it's better to not spoil your career working in this stupid organisation.
