Dislikes

The place will run by biased managers. Their internal system doesn't work. Their HR team openly states that it calculates bonuses and appraisals based on favoritism. Appraisals are cancelled because of frequently changing department policies. Shift allowances are cancelled because the managerial staff does not know how to handle clients. The people are biased based on regional politics. There are ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES....Read More

Still working here and dreading every minute. The company is running solely out of the Hyderabad offices and a few loyal clients. There are no new projects coming across.
