They have good work environment,good support from TL and manager. This company is good for people who want to learn softwares.they will give incentive. There is games in funfriday. People can get promotion easily Overtime not necessary No bonus

High work pressure.people need to work night shift or sometime day shift. Each employee need to take average points if it continuesly u r not taken points u r out from this company. Hike will depend upon ur points .

Compensation is decent, but growth in s slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend meeting they use our training period as their work period. So less training period they have 10 day's of training period but they trainonly 2 days....Read More
