Teammates are supportive and work environment is good But there is no transparency in the increment . Earlier there was a facility of gym in the office but they close that because of non payment to the gym there is no facility provided by the company for the fitness on employees.

There is lot of polices and the management doesn't address our issue. There is no proper structure for the salary. They don't Even increase the salary on time. Very poor salary structure.
