It was great experience for me to work as fresher there and learnt so many things my work destination was not in only one routes I have covered entire Karnataka hospital's, IT's of Pune(Harbengier group).....and Banglore(Denstu.welness) very good companies in this field work line up gradually grown and developed my communication skills and traveling was one of my hobbies, so it gave me very important lessons in life how to handle with my fancial expenses and all, overall it was very good experience as fresher. It's basically field work job of vision research in eye retina's, I was handling machine called visuscout 100 and it was heavy to carry in traveling because of worst security and there was health issues in continuously traveling.so resigned to the company and waiting for good opportunity..

Salary ain time and a great environment of work..Support is little less but it was okay as it's seems managable the company support us in early lockdown days so well as the salary didn't deduct and timely credited

Carl zeiss is the leading MNC in the World of lenses and their such a poor Behavior of reliving us (52 Application Specialist) and left us in a midway in such a negative situation Like pandemic its really pathetic.. I really felt so disgusting about the company terms who are not keep us informed in time But the real problem is not to relieving us in a midway but the problem is that shot notice which I've Received. Carl Zeiss Want us to resign our Jobs in such a short notice periodically, Well...what do you think of a short notice to relieving job for a 50 persons team ??? 20 days ? 15-10 days ? Or a week ? What if i tell you the short notice which we've received is of the next day yepp..really just one day prior! Damn they are so Quick like a Flash at it .They didn't gave us the enough time to place overselves in any other company.. I'm okay with the work, salary, post but this disgusting act of the company is so unhuman i felt. So do You really want to work for them forom now or at any time ?...Read More

The company help us to learn more about eye function, eye problem and it's solution and also new technology. The company send us different place, city and district in different day in pursuance of our work schedule , it's help us to know about different type of culture.

In our division in this company there are no increment of salary. But others things are pretty good like expenses. This happen only our division not other division. So I want to join other division specially in sales division.
