Zero work life balance, No Sundays, No National Holidays & Leavs are rarely approved. 9-10 Hour shifts which never ends. You are asked to attend office calls & meetings irrespective of your leave / weekly offs. Toxic culture.

Work life balance is comparatively better in frontend. Using a lot of SAAS services which are being built in-house so a lot of Skill development. Pay is great too.

Dislikes

No clarity on what's next from Product side. Random requests come in hence if you're someone working purely on Product tasks you'll have bad wlb. Also QA team is relatively new and in experienced so you're on your own.

A great place for development of skills in the Quick-Commerce as well as the overall culture of the place is really vibrant. Managers are very much supportive and have diverse experience in the field. They make sure our work is not going into any pendency and is up-to-mark.
