1. Unprofessional, irresponsible and careless manager doesn’t have a basic sense of looking into the email. 2. Appraisals discussion will be delayed and most the time employees need to wait for period of minimum 3 months to max of 8-9 months. 3. Appraisal discussion will be done by manager, and he will do bargaining for 1 LPA also with employees and here R&D manager is the only Manager for all departments since he has done education in all domains 4. HR's never respond to messages or email's, during emergency situations as well. Even if you do reminder also never took seriously. 5. Tax Calculation will not be done properly by Finance Manager and always tax deduction will be huge even for less paid employee also. Finance manager, you need to study CA once again for better understanding of your work 6. Tax deduction done from employees are not getting paid to government and fake trust has been created by employer in order to show for government 7. Employees have been fired by giving invalid reasons and threatened by HR's for doing forceful resignation. 8. Chinese rules and chuti*a manager don't have a guts to ask Chinese and showing his power on employees 9. Manager always targets local heads and doesn't allow them to grow. 10. PFs are not getting credited on-time to employees PF account and those amounts are being given to interest to other source by organization. 11. No process followed with respect to product development/testing and always manager tries to teach the agile process to employees when he is only not educated on the same. 12. Employees will be tortured by Chinese management to extend the work hours and even in lunch break either 1 employee should be available in desk to work 13. No proper planning on product release and many of the products are not at all released even after development on the same from 4 years. 14. North people and few people from AP ruling organization since manager is from North. 15. No proper facility of toilets in office. Most the times toilets will be on service 16. Unnecessary deduction from employee's salary just for late check-in's 17. No security for women’s working here. 18. Most of the juniors from both development and testing team doesn’t have knowledge on the technology which they are working but still show up's 19. Micro-management and reviews will be taken from unofficial project leads not from respective department head . 20. No technical Knowledge candidates are being unofficial leads in projects and they doesn't have a fresher knowledge also 21. Manager Vinod Choudhari look into your favorite sisya i.e your previous project unofficial lead Someswara Rao Maripi and Ravi teams chats you will feel very happy about them. 22. Dropping employees who has been worked in the organization for a period of 3+ years into PIP without valid reason and getting work done from them by extending PIP duration. 23. R&D manager doesn’t have management skills 24. Like Non-IT company everyday employees should write in ledger book the reason for late check-in’s . 25. R&D Manager/head doesn’t have a common sense on treating employees when they are in his cabin & doesn’t ask them to sit also even if he do discussion for an hour also. 26. Chu**** manager always forgets whatever he spokes minute back and ask employees to remember about what he said 27.
