Nothing. It’s a scam run by 2 lalas. They have made their old trustworthy employees go in an instant. Appraisal letters have been given in phases to some people and others are being sent here and there and eventually getting fired.

1. Work really hard for a year and you’ll still get no hike and get fired if the lalas and the chamchas don’t like you. 2. Everyone is always raising fingers on each other and the 2 lalas fire anyone they want anytime. Zero job security. 3. Managers are irresponsible and do politics 4.This year, they have done malpractice by changing people’s ratings on back end just to fire some of them. 5.
