Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn,t address our issues.

Arrow part of Arvind lifestyle private limited. In this management all senior are very nice. Because every week came area manager in our store and ask for stock and any problem in this company, ask me.

Our team mate all are good sometimes misunderstanding between us. Our manager is relationship with us good.

They not given me good appraisal . Because before my joining. They not achieve the target.. but when I am join arrow brand will growth . Till now. We are in growth.

Work environment of Arrow is very nice, Every department have it's own plan to work in advance for next plan. Well experienced staff for production. All machine in good condition & well maintained. Also good operator. Along with, good document process. Plan for production for each department, quality report, daily production report, inventory report for all material. Well machine for testing of whole product & raw materials. I have a good experience with Arrow Boot Factory.

Dislikes

Every thing was good. Good workshop, lad, working floor, staff & food quality, security. There was nothing for dislike. Only one thing, i was very far from my home in Uttar pradesh, India. And factory was in Kabul, Afghanistan.
