Hey Team,
I've got 10+ years in IT, including 5 in Cloud Security (Azure). Just got a 3% hike at Accenture, current CTC is 22.50 LPA. Any ideas on how to get a bigger raise? I'm a Cloud Security consultant and planning to stay here for 2 more years. Also, I'm studying for my CISSP cert.
