I m working since last 2 years and instantly from last 1 yr they drag the changes in process we accepted it but as we inform there Is loophole they always ask agent to say sorry to pax according to management every thing is on agent, police doesn't allow of qr but still agent mistake if we say dome thing to passanger they they will take it under professional behavior passanger can ask anything to us but we have to work according to the policies and if we say something and according to passanger it's ok they did not escalated anything but inside management TL will escalate it by saying I want promotion I will do statement can be wrong but the intention while taken the call matters a lot but for qr word only mater
