Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and general HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.
• Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Support in policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR best practices.
• Address employee queries and provide administrative support as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
