RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the team with knowledge and set examples for fellow team members.Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies and build PoC for the idea implementation.

Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve Maintain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logicBe involved in the global blockchain community?work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals. Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones.

EXPECTIONS

Strong Hands-on in coding using C, C++, GoLang, Rust and framework like substrate.Research, design, develop, review test blockchain tech development.

Help to set up and monitor metrics to determine the performance of the chain Builders Program, with a strong focus on improving scalability in the future.Be creative and use your knowledge to define new support initiatives that improve the program continuously.Lead the overall adoption of new chain development by sharing best practices, helping to focus on goals and ensuring ecosystem teams are able to execute accordingly.

MUST HAVE

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in working with Blockchain technology preferably covering multiple types of Blockchains like Ethereum, quorum, HyperledgerStrong technologist with hands-on experience in developing Enterprise grade integration projects.Strong Blockchain concepts, smart contract design, deployment of Blockchain in Enterprise, security aspects like key management, experience in implementing CI/CD concepts, test strategy, Cloud Computing

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Be able to work with senior tech folks and influence.Solid understanding and experience working with smart contractsProficient understanding of blockchain and cryptography-based systemsUnderstanding of various consensus protocols (PoW, PoS, PoA, etc.)

Experience running large projects with a git hosting service (GitHub organisation will be needed for this project)

Cryptography and system software development experienceUnderstanding of design patterns and networks, ability to design algorithms and mathematical models

More than 3 years of hands-on experience in working with Blockchain technology.Strong technologist with hands-on experience in developing Enterprise grade integration projects.
