We are a growing IT services company specializing in providing high-quality, niche technology talent to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Lead/Manager to head our recruitment team and drive hiring excellence.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from gathering requirements to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5 recruiters; assign roles, set targets, monitor daily work, and ensure consistent performance.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders and delivery teams to understand hiring needs across various niche IT domains.
Sourcing Strategy: Guide the team on effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, databases, and passive candidate outreach.
Quality Assurance: Review job postings, candidate profiles, and interview submissions for quality and alignment with client expectations.
Coaching and Best Practices: Train and coach the team on recruitment best practices, ATS usage, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
Workflow Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve recruitment workflows to enhance productivity and reduce time-to-fill.
Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (pipeline health, closure rate, offer dropouts) and report performance to leadership weekly.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on IT industry hiring trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
6+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership/managerial role.
Strong understanding of the IT services landscape and niche technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, ERP, MES, Veeva, etc.).
Prior experience hiring for contract, permanent, and remote roles in India.
Proven experience using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Resdex), ATS tools, and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing a distributed team.
