Experience: Minimum 7 Years (Post-CS Qualification)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Company Secretary with a strong background in NBFC and Housing Finance compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of RBI, SEBI, ROC, and NHB guidelines applicable to NBFCs and HFCs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all RBI, NHB, MCA, and SEBI regulations applicable to NBFCs and Housing Finance Companies.

- Handling Board meetings, AGM, EGMs, and drafting minutes, notices, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.

- Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.

- File necessary documents/returns with MCA, RBI, and NHB in a timely manner.

- Liaison with statutory bodies, regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.

- Ensure timely compliance of all NBFC and Housing Finance reporting obligations (FIU-IND, CRILC, CERSAI, etc.).

- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and take appropriate action.

- Ensure proper corporate governance and advise management on legal risks and compliance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in ICSI.

- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, exclusively in NBFC or Housing Finance sector.

- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI circulars, NBFC Guidelines, NHB Directions, etc.

- Experience working directly with senior management, legal, finance, and regulatory teams.

- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
