Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiatives.
• Manage and improve performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Administer payroll coordination, compensation, and employee benefits.
• Generate HR analytics and reports to support leadership decisions.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
• Leverage HR tech and automation tools for streamlined HR operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA preferred) in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in HRMS systems, HR tech platforms, and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capable of handling diverse HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
