Job Title: Interiors Executive

Location: Hyderabad, India

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Interiors Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior execution at project sites, conducting quality checks, coordinating with vendors, and managing necessary documentation. Candidates with technical knowledge in interiors execution, AutoCAD, Excel, and BOQ handling will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee day-to-day site execution for interior works, ensuring quality and timely delivery

✅ Conduct interior quality checks and ensure compliance with design specifications and standards

✅ Prepare and understand Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior projects

✅ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution

✅ Use AutoCAD for reading drawings, layouts, and providing necessary technical inputs

✅ Maintain project trackers, reports, and documentation using MS Excel

✅ Report progress to senior management and highlight any delays or quality issues

✅ Ensure materials and workmanship adhere to approved quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Any Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

✔ Working knowledge of Interiors Execution processes and site management

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings

✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and documentation

✔ Understanding of BOQ, Work Orders, and Purchase Order processes

✔ Familiarity with interior quality standards and quality control checks

✔ Strong coordination skills with ability to manage multiple site activities

✔ Ability to work under timelines and ensure project progress

Salary & Benefits:
