Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the team, subcontractors and vendors as required to successfully execute the assigned events.
- Provide information and guidance for the clients in order to obtain accurate specifications for the events.
- Manage all operations in the Conventions to ensure excellent customer services and to provide outstanding technical expertise.
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service contractors and other suppliers of event services.
- Ensure to develop and maintain effective relationships with service providers and other suppliers of event services.
- Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness;
- Ability to accept responsibility;
- Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity;
- Ability to enhance organizational performance
