- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be knowing computer handling and excel.
- Contact potential customers via telephone or email to promote our products or services.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Maintain a database of customer information, including contact details and preferences.
- Keep records of calls and sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Manage email, online queries, sales query, calls etc.
- Need to generate leads through outbound calls.
