Job Description
PS Collaborations is seeking a motivated and professional Female Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.
You will be responsible for outbound calling to potential clients, providing them with relevant product information, generating leads, and converting these leads into sales.

You will be responsible for outbound calling to potential clients, providing them with relevant product information, generating leads, and converting these leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to assess their requirements and provide suitable information regarding PS Collaborations products and services.
Present comprehensive details about our mortgage and housing loan solutions tailored to each prospect s needs.
Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing any concerns.
Accurately maintain call records and customer information within the CRM.
Follow up on new and existing leads to drive sales conversions.
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversions.
Submit regular reports to management and ensure all tasks are completed within specified timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum education qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
Proven experience in telecalling, particularly within the banking and financial services industry.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu with strong verbal communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle rejection and manage stressful situations effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience in telecalling, particularly within the banking and financial services industry.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu with strong verbal communication, customer service, and analytical skills.
Ability to handle rejection and manage stressful situations effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
