Core Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) campaigns, ensuring they bring a comprehensive approach to marketing strategies & have handled media marketing budget of approx. 400-500 crores.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Head of Brand, Social, Design, and Content to develop and implement offline customer experience marketing plans that align with the brands business objectives. This role will focus on enhancing the customer journey through impactful outdoor advertising and engaging offline experiences, ultimately driving flight and ancillary revenue.
Major Deliverables Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans that enhance offline customer experiences and meet defined business goals.
- Campaign Management: Act as the primary internal point of contact for campaign planning and execution across all offline marketing functions, including outdoor advertising, promotions, and partnerships. Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Sales, Distribution, Customer Happiness, and Commercial Planning to create and execute high-impact offline campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Cost Management: Optimise media spend for offline campaigns by monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, including cost
of acquisition, ROI, and the impact on brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on the performance of offline marketing initiatives, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
- Agency Collaboration: Partner with creative and media agencies to execute offline advertising campaigns and related programs effectively.
- Market Opportunities: Identify opportunities for enhancing the offline customer experience and expanding the brands presence in key markets.

- 7+ years specifically in media planning or marketing
- Media Planning Manager of a travel commerce website or agency working on B2C Product or Service
- 5+ years experience managing media planning and performance marketing for an industry leader (#1 or #2) in travel and tourism (aviation/hospitality / OTAs)
