Production Planning and Operations:

Process Optimization:
Identify areas for process improvement to enhance yield and reduce waste.
Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
Work on continuous improvement projects like lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and guide the production team.
Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as maintenance, quality control, and supply chain.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all operations comply with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Promote a safety culture within the team.
Quality Assurance:
Work closely with the quality control team to maintain product specifications.
Address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Inventory and Resource Management:
Manage raw material inventories to avoid production downtime.
Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production data, process changes, and incident reports.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
Project Execution:
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or processes.
Support research and development (RD) activities for new product formulations or process improvements.
