Head - Logistics - Manufacturing (17-23 yrs)

To provide the support for logistics activities - Inbound, Outbound, Export, Import, custom clearance

To provide complete Domestic:

1. Daily Vehicle plan for Inter unit and Job work supplies

2. Ensuring vehicle availability for pickup and delivery from all the associated suppliers/ Job workers as per the Plan.

3. Co-ordination with PPC for Movement / Collection of Materials

Export & Import

1. Arrange for Export logistics, Import logistics in coordination with Procurement team

2. Co-ordination with Freight forwarder, CHA, Courier companies for timely pickup and clearance

3. Arrange daily packing as per invoices and dispatch priority.

4. Co-ordinate with CHA in case of any issue customs clearance and ensure smooth cleara of goods

5. Maintain AA and EPCG registers for Export obligations and compile the data for submission to DGFT

6. Daily Monitoring of AA and EPCG records and compliances etc.

General and overall

1. Facilitating the establishment of commercial connections between customers and suppliers.

2. Engaging in discussions and negotiations with goods carriers regarding shipment costs

Key performance goals for the role: Critical outcomes of a job contributing to the organization's and role's success

1. Make timely clearance of Imported raw materials per plan and TAT given by FF /Courier com

2. Maintaining AA and EPCG running consumption and Export data to facilitate EODC compliance.

3. Coordinate plant PPC and aligning with their import requirement, arrange for timely pickup and delivery of materials from Oversea suppliers.

4. Daily Tracking and tracing data update and inform to HOD and PPC , Procurement team

Ensuring availability of AA and EPCG license well in time as per the requirement given by Procurement team

5. Overall logistics management for Domestic inbound and outbound logistics.

MBA with 18 Years plus experience in logistics from big manufacturing organisation is must.

Knowledge of SAP

Knowledge of Safety Standards

Documentation Knowledge

Knowledge of Customs & DGFT is must.
