We have openings for Manager - Taxation (Direct Tax) at our corporate office, Mumbai.

Total Exp : 10 to 20 Years (Preferred Exposure in construction company)

Job Location : Andheri (West), Mumbai

Qualification: CA/MBA/CA Inter

Brief Job Description

1. Looking after direct tax compliances and its group companies.

2. Filing of Income tax returns, tax audit reports, transfer pricing report, CBCR etc. Collating data and preparing various reconciliations for filing of various audit reports

3. Monitoring TDS compliances. Ensuring application of correct TDS rates for various /domestic and international transactions.

4. Filing of form no.15CA/CB.

5. Preparing submissions for Income tax assessments.

6. Representing before tax authorities.

7. Filing of various appeals.

8. Preparing quarterly and yearly provision for tax and analyzing tax related provisions.

9. Training to the various stakeholders regarding latest development in Direct tax laws.
