Your Job Profile as a Senior UX Designer
We are seeking a skilled UX Designer with 8-10 years of experience to design an intuitive and customer-focused portal interface. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless user experience that aligns with business and customer needs.
Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the portal.
- Develop a responsive and visually appealing interface tailored to B2B / B2C customer portal requirements.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user research insights to refine the designs.
- Focus on delivering a high-quality front-end UX/UI experience with cross-platform compatibility.
- Work within Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint cycles and iterative design improvements.
- Bachelor s degree
- Remote
- 8-10 years of experience in UX design, particularly for customer-facing portals.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
- Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design approaches.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
