Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers to enhance product visibility and increase sales opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product portfolio, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in [English/Arabic] is required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
