Post- Branch Manager

Salary- Upto-19L

Experience- 10-15 Years

Locations- Pune-Pimpri, Khargar, Belapur, Vileparle

- Handling Branch.

- Generating revenue through retail liabilities product.

- Execute plans and strategize to increase revenue of Branch.

- Handling team of Sales, Operations,

- Drive team to motivate them for achieving revenue.

- Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results

- Handholding entire branch team to achieve desired targets

- Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection

- Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player

- To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance

- Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
