The Role :

As a Senior Analyst - Testing, you will be instrumental in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure robust and effective testing. Your responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilities

- Test Scenario and Script Creation : Independently develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts by gathering inputs from system demonstrations, epics, user stories, and subject matter experts (SMEs).

- UAT Support : Provide dedicated support to SMEs during UAT execution and assist with the meticulous maintenance of test artifacts within Jira/Confluence.

- Collaboration : Work effectively with SMEs, fostering strong interpersonal relationships to facilitate smooth testing processes and knowledge transfer.

- Issue Identification & Reporting : Proactively identify, document, and report on potential risks and their impact during UAT, collaborating with the wider team to find solutions.

- Guidewire Expertise (Plus) : Leverage any existing Guidewire experience to enhance testing strategies and execution, particularly for GW cloud initiatives.

- Claims Domain Knowledge (Plus) : Apply your knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) especially Motor/Fleet claims to create relevant and impactful test cases.

Your Profile :

Essential Skills & Experience :

- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

- Demonstrated ability to independently create detailed test scenarios and scripts.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with SMEs.

- Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and maintaining test artifacts.

- A proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to manage your own tasks and deliverables.

Desirable Skills & Experience :

- P&C - Motor/Fleet Claims Experience : Prior experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, specifically with Motor/Fleet claims, will be a significant advantage.

- Guidewire Experience : Hands-on experience with Guidewire platforms (e.g., PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) will be a huge plus.

- Experience in supporting UAT activities and guiding business users through testing processes.
