Role Summary.
We're looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our API services, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation offerings.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 4-6 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Consulting, with a strong understanding of enterprise technology needs around integration, cloud adoption, and skilled resourcing.
You'll own the sales lifecycle, engage C-level decision makers, and collaborate with delivery teams to offer tailored, ROI-driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Lead business development efforts across API Management, Managed Services, and Talent Augmentation.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities, especially in the BFSI sector.
- Engage mid-to-large enterprise stakeholders to uncover and align strategic needs.
- Drive end-to-end sales-from prospecting and proposal to deal closure.
Solutioning & Proposal Support
- Collaborate with internal solution architects and delivery heads to craft tailored offerings.
- Lead client discussions, develop use cases, and co-own RFPs, SoWs, and pricing.
- Translate business challenges into scalable tech solutions in integration and staffing.
Market Development & OEM Engagement
- Leverage partnerships with OEMs like Kong, GCP, TYK, and Confluent to strengthen positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Track trends across API platforms, DevOps, and IT services to guide go-to-market strategies.
Account Management & Expansion
- Strengthen ongoing client relationships through strategic upselling and renewals.
- Ensure delivery excellence through coordination with technical and project teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients evolve with technology and talent recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Consulting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
