Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- Sprechstundenmanagement: Anmeldung, Terminvereinbarung, Vor- und Nachbereitung der Sprechstunde
- Aktenführung am PC, Bestellwesen & Lagerhaltung
- Umsetzung Hausarztverträge
- Dokumentation von erbrachten Leistungen in der Praxissoftware
- Durchführung von Labortätigkeiten wie Blutentnahme, Schnelltests
- Durchführung von Funktionsuntersuchungen wie EKG, Lungenfunktion und Langzeitmessungen
- Ansprechpartner für Patienten, Angehörige, Überweiser und Kollegen
Wir wünschen uns
- Sie haben einen Berufsabschluss als MFA (m/w/d) oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare medizinische Ausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse der Gebührenordnungen EBM / GOÄ / UV-GOÄ
- Gute PC Kenntnisse (MS Windows, MS Office Anwendungen)
- Sie besitzen eine gute Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit und bringen ein sehr hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen und Freundlichkeit mit
- Hilfsbereitschaft und eine patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise sind für Sie kein Fremdwort
