Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
- OP-Assistenz bei Operationen im Fachbereich Orthopädie, Chirurgie, Urologie, Plastische Chirurgie und HNO
- Sicherer Umgang mit Implantaten und OP-spezifischen Materialen und Produkten
- Vor- und Nachbereitung des OP-Saals
- Durchführung der OP-Dokumentation
- Einhaltung und Überwachung von Hygienestandards
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen
- Aktive Möglichkeiten der Mitgestaltung des Arbeitsprozesses
Wir wünschen uns
- Abgeschlossen Ausbildung als OTA oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Fachkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) für den Operationsdienst
- Sicherheit in den Arbeitsabläufen im OP-Bereich sowie Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit OP-Dokumentationssystemen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit medizinischen Geräten und Instrumenten
- hohe soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit unseren Patienten
- Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
