Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our products.

You will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions that meet market and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on company goals and customer feedback.

- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through research, data analysis, and stakeholder input.

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver new features and product improvements on time and within scope.

- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch analysis.

- Define and track key metrics to evaluate product success and drive data-informed decisions.

- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to guide product direction.

- Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Act as the voice of the product internally and externally.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4-5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.

- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).

- Ability to balance technical understanding with user experience and business goals
