Senior Accountant (3-8 yrs)

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements).

- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities.

Accounting Cycle Management:

- Overseeing all aspects of the accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Internal Controls:

- Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

Financial Analysis and Planning:

- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Team Leadership:

- Mentoring and potentially supervising junior accountants or other team members.

Other Duties:

- May include assisting with audits, preparing tax returns, and other related tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong Accounting Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

- Financial Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights.
