Job Description

Our client is a globally renowned FMCG multinational with a robust presence across multiple product categories. Known for their strong brand legacy and innovation-driven approach, they are expanding their Condiments portfolio in the MENA region and are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead growth in this segment from their Dubai office.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for condiments products.

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the UAE market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets.

- Collaborate with marketing to enhance product visibility and demand.

- Manage client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.

- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients and staff.

- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market conditions.

- Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products.

- Collect and relay feedback from clients to the product development team.

- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and performance.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Condiments industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs in the Condiments sector.

- GCC experience will be plus point.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Negotiation and closing skills.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required.

- Understanding of customer service principles.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Strong networking capabilities in the spice industry.
