Aphelia - MERN Stack Developer (3-5 yrs)

Role Highlights :

- Full-Stack Development : Build and maintain modern web applications from end-to-end, leveraging the full MERN stack : MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- API Development : Design, develop, and integrate secure, scalable RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities and external system interactions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with DevOps teams on practices like CI/CD and Docker for streamlined deployment.

- Code Acceleration & Quality : Utilize cutting-edge tools like GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants to accelerate development, enhance code quality, and boost productivity.

- Agile & Code Reviews : Actively participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement within Agile sprints.

You Bring :

- 3+ years of solid, hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Proven experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.

- Proficiency with Git for version control.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts.

- Strong understanding of software development best practices and clean code principles.
