Aphelia - Salesforce Administrator (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

- Perform regular system audits, data integrity checks, and system updates.

- Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flow and Process Builder.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.

- Provide end-user support and training, resolving issues and enhancing user adoption.

- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates and features, ensuring the platform evolves with business needs.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)certification is required additional certifications like Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.

- Proficiency in Flow, Process Builder, and Lightning Experience customization.

- Experience in data management, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing.

- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional

teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud.

- Familiarity with AppExchange products and third-party integrations
