Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.

- You will play a major role in driving website traffic, acquiring leads/customers and monitoring our digital health through analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business goals.

- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across channels including Paid Digital/Social, email marketing, SEO and content marketing.

- Oversee the company's website and ensure content is current, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.

- Analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.

- Use web analytics tools (e. , Adobe Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor and report on campaign performance.

- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers to produce engaging digital assets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

- Over time, manage external agency relationships and mentor junior digital marketing staff as we grow the team.
