Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Revenue Growth: Own and drive the website's revenue targets through paid media strategies and optimization techniques.

Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media channels.

SEO & SEM: Lead search engine marketing and optimize campaigns for the best performance and conversion rates.

Data Analysis: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and maximize ROI.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

Customer Insights: Understand the target audience and customer journey to create personalized experiences that drive conversions.

Reporting: Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities.

Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-10 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads campaign management
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of keyword match types, quality score, bidding strategy, and creative testing
• Working knowledge of Looker Studio, Excel formulas, and funnel analysis

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B/marketplace or lead-generation campaigns
• Tools: Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager
