We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead with a strong background in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead SAP implementation projects within the pharmaceutical sector.

The ideal candidate will drive SAP digital transformations, optimize business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Leadership :

- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects across group companies.

- Drive end-to-end implementation, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize SAP solutions.

- Ensure SAP implementation aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Expertise :

- Implement and support SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, Control Tower, etc.

- Integrate IBP with S/4HANA for improved forecasting, inventory management, and demand-supply alignment.

- Develop predictive analytics and scenario planning models.

Supply Chain & Manufacturing Optimization :

- Enhance supply chain visibility and planning using SAP IBP & S/4HANA.

- Optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, compliance, and batch management.

- Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, CFR Part 11, and CSA compliance.

Technical & Functional Support :

- Provide expert guidance on SAP Fiori, CDS Views, SAP Cloud Platform, and embedded analytics.

- Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and troubleshooting.

- Conduct UAT, training, and documentation for end users.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with Finance (SAP FI/CO), Procurement (SAP MM), and Supply Chain teams.

- Align SAP solutions with business strategies and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with CxO-level stakeholders to ensure SAP projects align with business objectives.

Leadership & Change Management :

- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of SAP consultants, analysts, and developers.

- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition post-SAP implementation.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective utilization of SAP systems.

- Stay updated with new SAP tools and technologies, advising the business on their potential impact.

Key Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering (Chemical, Production, or Process Industry-related fields) with 12-15+ years in SAP, with at least 3+ years in SAP S/4HANA and IBP.

- Pharmaceutical industry experience (3-5 years minimum) with a deep understanding of GMP, CSA compliance, and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.

- Strong background in supply chain and manufacturing operations.

- SAP IBP Expertise: Hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response & Supply, and Control Tower.

- Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA, APO, BW, and third-party systems.

- Technical Skills: SAP Fiori, HANA CDS Views, Smart Data Integration (SDI), SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Integration Suite.

- Project Management: Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing complex SAP projects.

- Certifications (Preferred): SAP S/4HANA and IBP certifications
