SAP IBP Demand Lead (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP IBP Demand Planning solutions.

- Define and implement best practices for demand planning, demand sensing, and statistical forecasting.

- Provide expert guidance on forecast modeling, analytics, and machine learning within SAP IBP.

- Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Manage the integration of SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA systems.

- Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity within the SAP IBP environment.

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes related to demand management.

- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce inventory costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand plans with overall business objectives.

- Develop and implement statistical forecasting models to improve demand forecast accuracy.

- Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques within SAP IBP to enhance forecasting capabilities.

- Generate and analyze demand planning reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders.

- Lead SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP IBP features and functionalities.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance demand planning efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning.

- Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, Demand Sensing, and Statistical Forecasting.

- Proven experience in SAP IBP implementation, configuration, and integration with ECC/S4HANA.

- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and demand management best practices.

- Hands-on experience with forecast modeling, analytics, and machine learning in SAP IBP.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team1 in a remote environment.

- Experience with project management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP IBP certification.

- Experience in multiple SAP IBP implementation projects.

- Knowledge of other SAP supply chain modules (e.g., APO, PP/DS).

- Experience with S/4HANA.
