Arete Group - Head - Maintenance (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Measure Plan.

- Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses

- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work, inspections and reports.

- Ensure Compliance with safety regulations

- Plan for spare parts inventory and procurement

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of major breakdowns and implement permanent solutions

Skills Required :

- Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, 5S or lean maintenance practices

- Hands on experience with PLCs, automation systems
