Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Handle patient registration, check-in, and check-out processes
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and appropriately
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments to ensure timely services
• Handle patient feedback, queries, and complaints with empathy and tact
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication (English and local language)
• Pleasant personality and customer-service-oriented approach
