Quality Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Write, revise, and finalize original plays that resonate with diverse audiences and reflect contemporary themes and issues.
• Collaborate closely with directors, actors, and other creative team members to ensure the integrity of the script throughout the production process.
• Participate in readings and workshops to refine scripts based on feedback from collaborators and audiences.
• Research and incorporate relevant historical, cultural, and social contexts to enrich the narrative and character development.
• Attend rehearsals and provide ongoing support to the creative team, making adjustments to the script as necessary.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creatively engage with other team members to explore new ideas and concepts.

• Proven experience in playwriting, with at least one produced play or equivalent body of work.
• Strong understanding of dramatic structure and character development.
• Ability to write authentically and clearly, with a unique voice that resonates with audiences.
