Job Description
Axigen Healthcare is looking for Production Planning Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- The Production Planning Executive is a key member of the production planning team, responsible for optimizing production processes, managing resources, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective production of goods
- This role involves coordinating with various departments to meet production targets and deliver high-quality products to customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning:Develop and execute production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
- Ensure production schedules are aligned with customer orders and delivery deadlines
- Resource Management:Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components
- Optimization:Continuously monitor and analyze production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Quality Assurance:Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high product quality standards
- Ensure that production processes adhere to quality and safety regulations
- Communication and Coordination:Facilitate communication between production, sales, and other relevant departments
- Provide regular updates on production progress and potential delays
- Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize excess or obsolete stock
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize working capital
- Reporting and Analysis:Generate reports on production performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and production costs
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Capacity Planning:Assess production capacity and make recommendations for capacity expansion or adjustments as needed
