Job Description :

Role Requirements :

Business Analysis & Documentation :

- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Solution Requirement Documents (SRDs), and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs

Data Management & Analysis :

- Develop automated reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics

Application Implementation & Support :

- Lead the implementation of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Desk

- Customize Zoho applications using JavaScript and Deluge

- Train and support end-users post-deployment

Project & Process Management :

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery

- Improve business processes through automation and system integration

Requirements :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in IT analysis, technical consulting, or similar roles

- Proficiency NodeJS, JavaScript, and Deluge

- Experience with Zoho Suite

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines
