Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

• Call potential customers from provided leads or databases.
  
• Explain property features, location benefits, pricing, and other key details.
  
• Generate interest and schedule property site visits with the sales team.
  
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with leads.
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details using CRM software.
  
• Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the sales team.
  
• Assist in creating basic telemarketing scripts and pitch updates.

Preferred candidate profile should have

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.
  
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role preferred.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language].
  
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
  
• Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure.
  
• Knowledge of the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
