Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries.
• Explain products/services offered by the company and generate interest.
• Maintain customer database and update call records accurately.
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide resolutions professionally.
• Maintain a polite and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages (Gujarati)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Polite, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Willingness to learn about the companys offerings and grow with the team.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• 9 AM to 6 PM ( Monday – Saturday)

Salary:

Starting (Minimum) : INR 1.8 LPA
