Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced English/Hindi Language Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in both Hindi and English languages and experience in training employees on comprehension skills. Experience in localization, interpretation, or related fields is desirable. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering customized language training programs to enhance employees' comprehension skills in both English and Hindi.

Role & responsibilities

1. Design and Deliver Language Training Programs*: Create and deliver customized language training programs to enhance employees' comprehension skills in English and Hindi.

2. Assess Employee Needs*: Conduct assessments to identify employee needs and develop training programs accordingly.

3. Develop Training Materials*: Create and update training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.

4. Deliver Training Sessions*: Conduct training sessions in-person or remotely, using various teaching methodologies and tools.

5. Evaluate Employee Progress*: Monitor and evaluate employee progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Expertise in Both Languages*: Fluency in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Experience in Language Training*: Proven experience in language training, with a focus on comprehension skills.

3. Experience in Localization/Interpretation*: Experience in localization, interpretation, or related fields is desirable.

4. Flexibility*: Ability to work from remote/hybrid locations, with occasional travel to Uttarakhand (Haldwani) as required.

5. Adaptability*: Ability to adapt to changing employee needs and priorities.
