Title Specialist

Requirement:

-College graduate

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US title insurance industry

- Knowledge of title review/pre-closing/underwriting

- Specific understanding of Title commitments & preliminary title reports, Proformas, Judgements & liens, Open mortgages & payoffs

Experience of Reviewing public records, Deed and chain of title review ,Tax review, Endorsements (ALTA and state specific)

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be comfortable communicating via emails and phone calls with US title & escrow companies, internal operations teams, and lenders;

- Experience with multi-asset transactions preferred;

- Some experience in real estate and mortgage industries; experience with commercial real- estate transactions a plus;

- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills;

- Ability to multi-task throughout the day;

- Excellent attention to detail and ownership of work;

- Must promote a positive environment and be a team player;

- Must be able to work night shifts (US working hours).
